Bloom Homes was founded by husband-and-wife team Jhon Blando and Tricia Monsale. Jhon began his career in accounting before moving full-time into real estate, inspired by his family’s values and his passion for helping others. Inspired by Rich Dad Poor Dad, he pursued real estate full-time, purchasing his first property in 2021 alongside his wife Tricia before launching Bloom Homes.
